If you win the auction and you're not completely satisfied when you receive item, email us through ebay within 3 days of receiving item and ask for a return authorization approval. You can return it for a refund minus listing & shipping fees. Buyer pays all return shipping costs. You must notify us before returning items. If a problem is not brought to our attention by day three the item cannot be returned. Returned items must be post marked within 14 days from the day you received the item.  Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges and compare them with recorded serial numbers.
