    Antique-Victorian Era-ca 1890 -  Royal Staffordshire/Wilkinson Porcelain plate, hand painted multi-colored "CAIRO" pattern that is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing.  There is slight wear to the gold trim in center and along edges. See photos.  Plate measures 9" square.  Price includes postage, tracking and insurance.
