Bisque doll head, kit, pattern for body and dress

This item is a kit to make a bisque doll which was made in the 1970's. It consists of a handmade bisque doll head and a   pattern to make a doll body and simple clothes.
The head is about 4" tall, and the final doll would be about 21" tall.
This doll kit was made by Lenhart of Ohio. The doll head is a baby, done in a Bye Lo style. She ( or he) has blue eyes and light hair.
The paper pattern is simple. It contains pieces for a body, arms, a cap, slip, and a simple long dress.
I indicated that this is a new item, because it has not been used. It was purchased new by my mother in the 1970's and stored in its original box until this week.
The pattern has not been cut, but it does have some faint age discoloration on one section. It is still quite clear and useable; it has folds but no tears.
The head is in excellent condition with no damage.
A seamstress can turn this into a lovely bisque doll.
