c 1970s/80s Shackman Handmade Victorian Hand-carved Bisque Head Poseable Jointed Wood Doll. This is a previously owned estate item.
Provenance: the decedent was a 93 year old female who was an avid collector of various topics. She had a particular affinity for dolls and figurines. This was one of her collection. The executor did not know when this item was acquired.
During examination and photographic process I noted that this is a new item in the original packaging. As you can see in the photos, the figure is poseable without any restrictions. I did note that there appears to be a minor split on the left forearm area, which appears to have occurred during manufacturing.
