Clarice Cliff Confederation Series Royal Mounted Commemorative Plate. Condition is used.
As you can see from pictures there are crazing lines but no discoloration.   A few marks on back.  No cracks, chips.  Wonderful colors.  Green edge.  Approx diameter 10 3/4 inches.
