    Description

    it powers on and the hand controls work. only 1 pen was salvageable. the pen holder does not spin on its own. it does make a very light attempt when the machine is turned on and when another number is selected, but it doesnt have enough power to move the spindle. it will move manually in conjunction with a button press. i dont have the means of connecting it to a computer, but it did start up some sort of drawing program when the 2 buttons were held down. it has some wear on the main paper area and on the casing.
