The mirror has some wear, this set is in overall very good condition. Always been kept indoors and no cracks. Some marks throughout from normal play. The set will need a clean. Never hose this down or water gets in the holes and molds. You’ll never get it out!
Measurements are: 3ft. and 6” tall x 3 ft 3” wide with the table open, and 1ft. 7” deep. The chair seat is approx. 11 3/4” from the floor to seat
