I have no idea what this was originally intended for,
and I've not 'tested' it. So I have no idea if it actually works or what it does.
BUT IT LOOKS COOL AS ALL GET-OUT!
It has decades of patina and wonderful built up grime that
gives it a look made for STEAMPUNK!
Would be great for bar or restaurant decor, brew pub, man cave, garage, Steampunk project, or just about anything!
IT REEKS OF AWESOMENESS!
I didn't try to clean it any because I think all that built up grime gives it amazing character.
The face measures 2.24" inside and 2.7" outside
