Up for bid is a vintage hard plastic toy bobblehead dark grey seal or sea lion.  He has red eyes and white whiskers.  He measures 3" tall, 3 1/4" long and 1 7/8" wide.  On one side in raised lettering is BREBA, the other side Germany.  On the bottom is a sticker reading "Chetney Co, Inc. Made in Germany.  Excellent condition!
