See photos for details. Feet are rough. Hands are just crude. I think the head is cute. Definitely vintage reproduction. No marks. I chose not to remove the head from the body. The body is not special. It looks like foam inside of the fabric.  You could replace it or leave it.  You will need to re-stitch the arms if you keep the body. She is about 7" long.
This is really about the head. I think you could dress her up, though. Age unknown.
